SAFETY MEDITATION

At some point in our life we learn that it is unsafe to be in our body, because we didn’t know how to be with uncomfortable and painful emotions. We learn that it’s not safe to feel these emotions and we develop coping mechanisms, like binge eating to keep us safe.
